Ryan Taylor '20 Recruiting Profile

College is important to me as I plan to be the first to graduate in my family and be a role model for my younger brother.  My dream is to make playing baseball part of that.

I have played baseball since I have been 5 years old and have always given it my all.  It is a game that has taught me to never quit no matter the outcome.  To work hard on and off the field and to respect the game because the outcome may not always be as planned. 

My stats for this summer 2019 are:

Pitching: 24 IP / 5 ER / 15 H / 19 K / 7 BB - ERA: 1.458 and WHIP of 1.000.  Opponents BA against me was .170

Batting:  .370 with OPS of .968 (last 26 games .435 with OPS of 1.122)

I love this game and my ceiling is high as I get stronger every day.  I know I will contribute to the future success of a team at a collegiate level.
