Jaden Gardner '24 Recruiting Profile

I’m a multi-sport athlete who plays Baseball, Basketball and Track. I have now focused my career to baseball.  I feel having two parents who played collegiate sports has influenced me to do the same. I became interested in the sport at a very young age, having a grandfather who played for the Giants organization encourage me to play the game of baseball. Hitting 8 homeruns in Cooperstown, New York at 12 years old was a big highlight for me. I have learned in sports you will have great highs and lows. You have to find the drive to keep pushing yourself to the best you can be. Having the opportunity to play Varsity baseball as a freshman was a great experience. This helped me grow as a student athlete. I learned the value of teamwork, commitment and sacrifice and what it takes to be a strong leader on your team.

I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.
