Jaylum Hunter '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jaylum Hunter. I am a 2026 primary middle infielder who can also be put at 3rd, outfield, and can pitch. My main goal is to play baseball for as long I can. I place God first in every aspect of my life, which helps provide me with purpose and direction. I would like to play on the east side of the United States for any division to include Junior College. I see myself standing out differently from other athletes because of my speed, agility, and good footwork in the infield. Personally, I can attest to the resiliency and adaptability that I have had to develop and grow over the years of being the child of a military parent. Due to the nature of having to move every few years, I have been afforded the great opportunity of networking with new teammates and baseball families/leagues across the nation. As for my grades in the classroom, I aim for 90’s and above every semester, as I am a part of the National Honor Society. I completed my freshman year with a 4.0 GPA. I am genuinely excited for what baseball holds for me over the next year of high school.
