My goal is to play the best baseball that I'm capable of playing at a leading academic university. I have played baseball as my priority sport for my entire sports career. I have been a competitive athlete in multiple other sports, but have played baseball year- round for most of my life. I am right haded catcher, bat left handed with great power. In addition to my baseball career, I am on my schools leadership council, have been granted awards for my leadership and academic excellence. I maintained honor roll every year throughout my elementary and middle school years. I was recently accepted into Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School in Houston, TX and received a scholarship for my baseball and academic performance. I take immense pride in being a strong leader on and off the field, lifting up teammates when they are down, celebrating them when they are up. Baseball is a very momentum driven sport and I truly believe that attitude can change the dynamic of the game at any point, so I try to help carry the team with that momentum from the first inning to the last. My academics are paramount to me, but my love for baseball has me in a position to work my absolute hardest to combine these two passions of mine into my university experience.
