Max Sherrill '27 Recruiting Profile

I am a committed and passionate athlete; baseball has been my love for over 10 years. I have been catching since 7U and my pop time to 2B has been recorded by NSU at 1.84s; I also enjoy SS & am a RHP with top speeds of 85mph - 87mph, with an average of 82-85FB.

My team is my family; I’m currently a “boat captain” for my team, which means I applied with an essay and was blindly selected for the position. I work to lead and lift up my fellow teammates at all times.This includes keeping all of our grades up, as grades come first. I offer to tutor my teammates when they need. 

I am also open minded and coachable, always listening and learning. In my off time I focus on additional workouts and strength training. I am working hard to further my baseball career, and am looking forward to a bright future where I can share my talent and skill with a great team.
