Daylan Whitley '19 Recruiting Profile

I believe my work ethic to get better at the sport I'm playing, even when it feels like I'm doing everything right makes me different than other players. I can play anywhere you put me on the baseball field (main positions are Catcher, Pitcher, and Centerfield). I throw the ball fast, but I haven't calculated how fast I throw exactly. I hit 2 home runs last year in my 7th grade Pony League team, 300 ft all points on fence. Hit 1 home run in the all star game to go to State. I hit the weight room 4 days a week getting stronger everyday. I take advanced classes and I'm in the school's Beta club. Beta is leadership, character, Service and Achievement.
