Ty Miles '13 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Ty Miles. I am a student athlete at Seguin High School located in Seguin, Texas. I am 6ft 2 and 190 pounds. I am a 3 year starting wide receiver. This year I started as  Wide Receiver, Free Safety and/or Linebacker and/or DB and was the team Punter.

My most recent accomplishments are being named Player of the Year,  First Team All District-WR and All District -Special Teams MVP both unanimous votes in an eight team district, and Super Team- Return Specialist 2nd Team (All Area). I was nominated for the Ford Built Tough Player on Fox Sports. I have been mentioned in Dave Campbell's football magazine several times.

My junior year I earned 2nd Team All Area and 2nd Team All District.

I received All Area First Team Offense and also New Comer of the Year as a sophomore. I was also ranked #2 as a WR in our 5A district!!!!!!!

I have also lettered for 3 years in varsity basketball (was named Offensive Player of the Year as a junior), and baseball (received Honorable Mention) and 1 year in track.

And although I love all sports, I am not willing to give up football after high school. I am determined to play college football while obtaining my degree. I am the go to guy in critical game moments and work well under pressure. No situation is too hard to handle. I am highly competitive and possess a winning attitude. I am a team player and I am willing to do anything to win for my team.

My desire is to find a school that will support me academically and continue to develop me as a player and a person! I am a fast learner and coachable! I continue to make As and Bs while taking Advanced Placement Courses and Dual Credit Courses and maintain a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. I realize that furthering my education is critical to my future. I am a member of Fellow Christian Athletes, Law Club, DECA and participate in various volunteer activities in my community.
