Personal Statement

Although I have played many sports in my lifetime, baseball is my greatest love.  I have been playing baseball for over a decade and have always wanted to play at the next level. Being part of a team has taught me many valuable lessons on and off the field.  One of my most memorable baseball moments is making it to the state championship game as a freshman.  This was a huge highlight of my baseball career.  The team that year had great leadership which allowed us to balance getting the job done, along with having fun. Batting third throughout my freshman year and during the state tournament, I realized that I perform well under pressure and high stress. Playing baseball at the next level will come with stress and pressure, but I am ready and willing to put in the work to get the job done.

My academics are also very important to me and my goal is to graduate high school as a Salutatorian.  I currently maintain a high GPA, study hard, all while being a multi-sport athlete.  I was inducted to the National Honor Society and currently in the top ten percent of my class. I plan to major in Pre-Med in college and then go to medical or dental school.  Balancing Academics and Athletics has never been a struggle for me, and that will not change when I play for your team! Thank you for taking the time to read more about me, and I can't wait to see what my future in baseball at the next level will become.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
