My goal is to reach my full potential as a baseball player, a teammate, and a student. I firmly believe in the process. The practice and hard work that it takes to get a little bit better each day is the reason I wake up every morning. But I think that working hard in baseball practice is not all that I can do to get better. I think that everything I do outside of baseball, is going to be that edge to put me over. Waking up nice and early, eating a clean breakfast, getting to class on time, listening to the teacher, treating others with respect and kindness, building up my teammates after failure, choosing the water over the soda, getting to practice early, embracing adversity, pushing myself harder and harder everyday. These little details are so important. These things are part of the process. This is what I love to do. This is how I can become my best, and help my team win in everything that we do.
