  • Actively train at Utah C.O.R. Training Center in Layton, UT. Specifically train in speed and agility, weight training, and baseball specific exercises, drills, and weight training. The trainers at C.O.R. have helped me increase my speed on the base paths, increased my core strength which translates to better power when hitting, and has helped me with agility to be able to field the ball better as well as have a better presence on the mound.
