Hey coaches, college baseball has been a huge goal for me for the entirety of my life. I think a few things that would make me a good fit for any college out there are things such as my work ethic, leadership, selflessness, and my drive to be better in the classroom everyday.
My thought process through baseball is work so hard that you don’t have to worry about anyone working harder. I am a perfectionist and will spend hours trying to perfect my craft any chance I get. My parents have told me that hard work will earn you whatever you want in life and I took that to heart.
I have always been the guy in the dugout pushing my teammates to be better, picking guys up when they’re struggling etc. I believe that every good team needs a good leader and I am willing to take that responsibility upon myself.
I think selflessness is a very good quality to have especially on the baseball field. I am always the first guy to pick up a teammate in between innings, and the first to put my arm around a teammate when they’re struggling. My mindset is to not think you’re better than the next guy and that we’re all equal, so be there for eachother.
My drive to be great in the classroom is a very important thing I believe. Just like baseball I am always trying to be the best I can be in the classroom. I am always competing with myself to be better than I was the last term.
Thank You,
