Brock Roundy '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brock Roundy. I’m a Southpaw and a redhead - which both say everything you need to know about me! I’ve loved baseball for as long as I can remember. Mike Trout is my favorite player and watching him made me want to be a power hitter.  I have also worked hard to be a switch hitter. My favorite memory was in Cooperstown when I hit my first two pitches out of the park, both right handed. On my third at bat against a new pitcher, I hit left handed and hit it off the fence! I played on the Washington Braves for 5 years and then on Savage Baseball for the last 2 years. My favorite part of baseball is getting to know all the guys on the other teams and having friends from all over. My motto is, “A lefty with juice is money in the bank.” I love being a left- handed pitcher and working hard to be good at it. If I’m not playing baseball, I’m usually at the golf course or playing any sport that has a ball.  My greatest baseball moment happened when we were playing in Steamboat this summer. My team was coming from behind and I hit a 3 run shot - my first home run on a full size field - to give us the lead and the win. That was the greatest feeling in the world. I hope to play baseball at the college level somewhere with my twin brother. I’m excited to play baseball at Pine View this year.
