Hello coaches, thank you for viewing my profile.

I am a solid left-handed pitcher who is also highly skilled at first base and in the outfield. I have a strong drive to win, and I am especially known for performing well under pressure.  As a pitcher, I am comfortable as a starter or to come in to close out the game, whichever gives my team the greatest chance to win. As a first baseman, I am extremely agile and dependable from first inning to last. I am also quick and reliable in the OF.

As a junior, I was the only non-senior pitcher on my 2018 high school Varsity team, and my pitching, hitting and fielding performance earned me a team MVP award. On my 2018 summer Legion team, I was the starting pitcher in many games -- including a complete game shutout win -- and often served as relief with consistent success. 

My top strengths are consistency, agility, focus, speed, and arm strength. I never get flustered; in fact, I perform best under the highest-pressure situations. At the same time, I am an upbeat and supportive teammate who helps to keep morale high. As a collegiate athlete, I feel I can be a solid performer and asset to a D2 or D3 team. 

I have been playing baseball consistently since I was five years old. I excel at balancing sports with academics, and my work in both areas shows it. I am a focused student, and my leadership skills help improve other students’ capabilities. As a member of my school's Athletic Leadership Council, I hope to develop these leadership skills further.
