Dylan MacIsaac '14 Recruiting Profile

As a kid I had always grown up wanting to be a professional athlete. I wanted to be Nomar or Barry Bonds, now I aspire at people like Harper and Mike Trout. As I grew older, maturing in to a young man, my dreams changed. I realized that most athletes did not become professionals in their sport; they came professionals in something else. My father and mother both built companies from the ground up. This inspires me, and although I am not certain I would want to be an entrepreneur, their stories are what moves me forward. As an adult I want to be happy, I want to have a solid income, I want to play ball with my kids. In the end its not about the fame and the money, the girls and the cars, its about family and well-being.
