My name is Logan Housh, I am a left handed pitcher and outfielder from Olympia, Washington. I am looking for a school that has a strong athletic program as well as a computer science program. I believe that I could help your program because I am always looking for ways to support and lift up my team mates. Sometimes I am quiet around new people that I don't know, but when it comes to getting better and doing well, I am always there to support my team mates. I am always looking for ways to get better and compete. I'm accountable as well as able to recognize my mistakes when I make them and I work hard to correct them.
I've been playing baseball ever since I can remember. There's a story about me being nearly 3 years old at my first Tee ball practice and I was completely focused on my coach. That concentration has carried me through my baseball career where I am focused on my coach because I can always learn from them. This makes me a strong asset to the team as I'm always looking for ways to get better and improve my game, making me very coach-able.
I love the focus that I experience when I am playing baseball. When I am playing baseball, I can just focus on the game and I don't think about anything else that might be going on in my personal life or at school. This makes baseball very special to me as it's my happy place to go to. Baseball has taught me discipline through the many drills that I've done to get where I am today. I've also learned that no matter what, there is always something that I can learn to better myself for myself and the people around me.
