Justin Porter '17 Recruiting Profile

I was raised in a military family, I was born in Germany and spend half of my childhood in the German school system.  I speak fluent German and English.  In the 4th Grade I was academically selected to attend Gymnasium, which is the fast track to university in the German school system.  I found my love for Baseball in the little league system on the Army base around 6 years old.  My father moved our family back to Washington State in 2011, where I changed from the German to American school system.  I attended my freshman year of high school at River Ridge High school, in Lacey Washington.  When my father retired from the Army in 2013, we relocated to Sequim to start my Sophomore year.  I play Tennis and Baseball, and am used to being the new kid on a team.  I get in where I fit in, and find positive ways to contribute to the team. I would like to pursue my studies in the field of Mathematics.  I am interested in both Business accounting and Aeronautical/Astronautical Physics.
