Kane Klais '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kane Klais. I am currently a senior at Fennimore High School. I have a passion for the game of baseball and it is my biggest desire to play at the next level. I'm a right handed pitcher for the Fennimore Golden Eagles and we ended our 2012 season as Regional Champs.

I play baseball year round. During the summer, I am playing on the Wisconsin All Star team. In the fall and winter, I practice in our local gym on my mechanics to improve my game. In addition to my team and individual practice, I also have worked with Ryan Kussmaul who is a relief pitcher for the Birmingham (Ala.) Barons, a Class AA affilliate of the Chicago White Sox.

I also enjoy helping others learn the sport. I assist my parents who coached my youngest brothers 3rd & 4th grade little league team. It is rewarding to see how much these young players learn, and grow to understand the game by the end of the season. I also particpate in my High School forensics team.

My goal is to pursue a degree in the Medical field.
