Ben Peterson '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Benjamin Peterson. I am 17 years old and in my junior year at Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua, WI. Academically, I take my grades seriously, earning a 3.7 GPA. I am enrolled in high school classes that earn dual credit at the local community college, Nicolet College. In college I will be pursuing a finance or accounting degree.

This is my third season being part of the varsity baseball program. I am a right-handed pitcher and play 3rd base and outfield.

I strive to stay active year-round. In the off season I have worked with a mechanics coach and am in the weight room on a regular basis year-round. I believe it is very important to stay in shape and work on my skills year-round so I am always doing some activity to improve my skills as a baseball player. Over the past few summers, I have played Legion ball and also have played for the WBA league on the Wood Ducks team. My hobbies include fishing and hunting with friends and family.
