Nathan Walter '23 Recruiting Profile

As a collegiate athlete, I want to play for a solid program and play at a high level. While playing baseball at the college level is my goal, I will be working toward an undergraduate degree in dietetics.   I would like to focus on sports nutrition and teach athletes how to eat properly to fuel their performance.  You've heard every kid say that they're a hard worker, however, I don't think everyone wants to be a collegiate baseball player as badly as I do. I've handled adversity throughout my life and my baseball career, and I've successfully overcome those obstacles. I am recognized as a leader both on and off the field and have held formal leadership positions in Boy Scouts and high school groups. Coaches have complimented me on my knowledge of the game as being more advanced than that of my peers.
