Alexis Thompson '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alexis Thompson. I have been dancing since I was 1.5 years old and it is my passion. I started competing at the age of 6 and have traveled to compete across the country succeeding in receiving multiple high level awards. As I started exploring my future goals I found a passion not only for dance but nursing. My goal is to be a nurse in the NICU.  As i work to pursue that goal I would like to continue to dance.  I work very hard to maintain a 4.0+ GPA taking honors courses and am on track to graduate a year early. As I got into high school dance and Pom have been a passion and I hope to continue down that Pom/Cheer path in college. I take my future very seriously and am extremely dedicated to my studies and athletics. I’m looking for a college that will help me achieve my goals both academically and athletically.
