Cheering has always been a part of my life since the age of 5 years old. I think it has always been in me to be a student athlete. I have always wanted to be a leader on and off the mat so the only way to do that is show that I can not only handle being on high performing teams with a positive attitude but also hold myself accountable in the classroom by being an exceptional student. A relative very close to me told me one time that I was a waste of talent being a cheerleader and laughed at my passion for cheer. This only pushed me harder to show that being a cheerleader today is way more than just pom poms and chants but takes dedication, perseverance, and sacrifice. Because of this, I became a World Champion at the age of 14 and am now in the top 20 in the US making a 2025 Nfinity All- American. I was able to win the Viking Award in High School at Lakeland Christian as a freshman, as best all-around athlete for 2024. I am currently on Varsity Competitive and Sideline Cheer at LCS and still competing in All-Star Cheer on Brandon Senior Black. This has been an amazing journey as I enter into my eleventh season of cheer as a main base so would love to continue this journey into college. With practicing 6 to 7 times a week, I have still been able to maintain a 4.7 GPA in Honors and College courses. I work hard, never quit, and continue to build others around me. I feel like I am the perfect candidate and would be an asset to any team.
