Sara Fink '23 Recruiting Profile

Growing up in cheerleading, I have not only learned my love for the sport, but I have also learned lessons in life that I will carry with me.  My goal has always been to be the best athlete that I can possibly be, and I have been and will continue to work towards that goal of mine. This is a quality of mine that I believe makes me stand out from a lot of other athletes. I am willing to make mistakes and fail, because in the end I have learned improved from them. A big lesson that this sport has taught me is to never compare myself to others, whether it be in cheer or in life. This is something that I have always struggled with. Once I learned to focus on myself, I grew as an athlete and person without even realizing it. Overall, I am looking for a program that will continue to push me to become successful.
