Greetings, I'm Ali!

I'm excited to be embarking on my college admissions journey soon. My academic and cheerleading prowess is awe-inspiring, but I will let you judge when you meet me! I feel immensely blessed to rock my cheer skills and high academic achievements at a beautiful Christian 1A High School in Seattle.

I have always been a people person thriving when building teams and taking an impactful leadership role wherever and whenever I can. As a high school cheerleader, I love raising our guests' spirits and moods. I also enjoy flexing my strength while stunting, spotting, or dancing. Entertaining and engaging the crowds brings me unsurpassed fulfillment. We are a small private school competing amongst some of the most prominent high schools in the State. Last year, our competitive high school cheer team placed 2nd at State-a proud moment I will never forget. I want to think I played a pivotal role in that achievement. I embrace the challenges that cheer offers.

One such challenging time was when my CCNW All-Star Team prepared for The Summit Championship, a Varsity All-Star Competition in Orlando after the pandemic shutdowns. My Team, Teal, placed 5th worldwide at the 2022 Summit. Until now, it is one of the greatest feelings I have ever experienced.

Hard work, tenacity, and drive are in my blood. How do I know this? I have two jobs at the flagship Nordstrom and Hollard American Cruise Lines, all while holding my grades to a high standard and being an active, vibrant All-Star Cheerleader, Varsity High School Cheerleader, and Competitive High School Cheerleader. It's a lot, but I manage and have achieved positive results in all of the above.

Besides my leadership abilities, academic achievements, hard work, and passion for cheerleading, I also put energy into my relationships with my friends and Christ. Christ is my anchor and guiding light. There is nothing He cannot redeem.

I aim to become a collegiate cheerleader, adding value to a team that loves and respects what the sport of cheer affords us. I hope to demonstrate my focus and drive with your cheer team as I attune my heart and mind to do what God is moving in me. I know that His plans for me are better than my own.
