Lauren Burke '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing field hockey since Kindergarten, it has always been a goal to strive in the game. Not only do I find it enjoyable but also an absolute priority. My goals have been to be a division one field hockey player for a very long time, striving to be the best on each team I am on.  I am a good pick for a division one team because you will never see anything less than my best effort, the leadership qualities I have, and my good attitude to be a good teammate and player. My freshman year I started the varsity field hockey team at my school, as center mid, which really brought my leadership skills to show and the knowledge I have of the game. I would say the difference about me than other recruits is,  I go the extra mile not only on the field but in the classroom as well.
