Making a difference at St. John the Evangelist School as a Catholic, educated individual has helped me form many qualities and talents. My talents and qualities will positively impact the Good Counsel community.

                Being artistically gifted in the fine arts, I have enjoyed creating and participating in dance performances, perfecting a music composition on the piano, and publishing art. I can live out these talents at Good Counsel by participating in concerts, sharing my art abilities with others, and demonstrating a routine.

               Academically, I like to be challenged inside and outside the classroom. Articulating my ideas and discussing different perspectives with students will enrich our learning environment. I would love to take AP, IB and honors classes to continue to grow my education.

               Playing sports such as soccer, field hockey, and basketball has taught me moral qualities like sportsmanship, leadership, and determination. I will exhibit these qualities on the field, in the stands, and in the classroom.

               My faith has brought me not only closer to God, but has taught me to see good in others. The best quality about me is that I am able to make different types of friends easily. I will make students feel a part of our community which is important in a Catholic high school.

               I will thrive at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School and exceed my expectations in the different aspects of the fine arts, academics, athletics, and faith while helping build a stronger Catholic community.
