Personal Statement

Hello Coaches! Ever since I have started playing field hockey, I knew it was the sport I wanted to continue, and strive to play at a higher and stronger level.  One of my dreams and goals for the future is to achieve a data analytics major with a health industry minor at a great school. I have always been interested in that major (and careers involved). Along with my dream, I am not one to give up on them easily. I could not imagine the next step in my life being without field hockey. Playing in any position that I would be needed in, my mindset and knowledge of the game can put any team I am on at an advantage. One of my future goals on the field, is to grow and improve both physically and mentally throughout my time playing in college. I will strive to be an asset and push myself to be the best I can, whether I am on the field playing, or off the field supporting and cheering for my teammates. I believe that how you act can affect others around you, and the way I carry myself could reflect on the team. Knowing that, I will and without exception consistently show pride, joy, perseverance, determination, and always make sure to have a little fun. I hope that you will consider me for your program in the future,  as I also look forward to continuing my academic and athletic dreams and goals.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
