Sophia Venable '21 Recruiting Profile

As a Goalie, I must be focused on the ball, my technique, the players, and the game. I am very aggressive, my 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do taught me to never back down from an opponent, which applies to field hockey too.  The focus I learned, I use with my school work and being a goalie. At my first year of Modified, the coach asked us what positions we wanted to play. I was the only one who wanted to be the Goalkeeper.  As of right now I am not 100 percent sure what I want to study in college. So far I am interested in Nursing,  Film studies, and Business management.
