Sophia Leak '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches,

My name is Sophia Leak. I am going into my junior year at John Jay high School in Hopewell Junction NY. I was a starting goalie on JV my Sophmore  year. What would make me a good candidate for your team is I am very hard working, and I am very passionate when it comes to something I am very determined to do. I love to work hard to achieve any goals I may have. Even though I started my goalie position last year for the first time, I worked very hard to catch up to where I had to be to help my team out! I worked all day practicing skills that could help me become the best goalie I could be. Although this was my first year, I started most games and helped my team win. I have all A’s when it comes to school work! I have always loved working hard to make myself and others around me proud. I would love to study nursing in college! Before I became a goalie I did Gymnastics for 13 years of my life, which helped me become very strong and determined to work hard everyday!
