I first started field hockey when I was in 7th grade because I thought it would be a good way to make friends. Little did I know that I would completely fall in love with the sport. I went right into playing Select for Charlotte Ambush and haven't stopped playing since. I was blessed to be able to qualify for the national club championship my first year playing. Not only did I fall in love with field hockey I fell in love with being a goalie. As a sophomore I became the youngest starting varsity goalie in the history of my schools program which only made me more motivated to be best goalie I can be. Being able to play field hockey at a collegiate level has been my dream since I first put on the pads. As a goalie I pride myself of my leadership and communication skills. I am known for being an extremely hard worker and being extremely passionate for the sport.
