I started to play field hockey when it was offered at my high school. I made our varsity team my first year playing. I felt an instant connection with Field hockey and have continued to work to improve and excel within the sport. In Summer of 2023 I played for the Halton Thrashers Competitive team (I played forward/ midfield) where we finished with 3 Bronze medals throughout our tournament play. In Fall of 2023 I will be playing with the GOA Reds competitive team. I have been diligently working on skills and have attended many University camps throughout the summer. Prior to field hockey I was a provincial Trampolinist since the age of 4. I was ranked second in the province when I retired Fall of 2022. I have always been a dedicated athlete and able to balance the workload of an Elite athletes training schedule with academic achievements. I am a well balanced student athlete and am very involved in my school. I have been on the schools honor roll each year of high school and have been part of the champion Swim team, Champion Field hockey as well as softball. I am also an executive member of our student council. It is my belief that there is no me there is only we and I have exuded that ideal through my over 282 Christian Service hours. It is my goal to play Field Hockey in University and continue to be part of a strong knit team while also working towards my career goals in the medical field.
