Mackenzie Harmon '27 Recruiting Profile

My passion is field hockey. While I have loved this sport since 3rd grade, I also love to be challenged. This can come from academics, hobbies, and new ways of learning on the field. I am looking for a school with a positive attitude that will not only help me with challenging my studies but also help in encouraging ways on the field. I am a team player and will always be there for anyone in need of help on the team. I have always encouraged teammates to put their best foot forward and to play even if they become upset over something as simple as a bad call. I believe that I understand the game of Field Hockey very well but also understand that there are some things I still am learning. I work hard at everything I do putting 110% into whatever I'm doing. I also feel like I have strong leadership qualities and I am continuing to learn more of those skills in our Link Crew class for my High School.
