Kaeli VanDerSluis '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

My name is Kaeli VanDerSluis and I am a 2026 forward from Doylestown PA. I am in my Junior year at Central Bucks High School South (PIAA District 1 3A Colonial Division) as a 3-year starting center forward, and right and center forward on my U19 Showcase Team at Mainline Mayhem.  I was recently placed on the NFHCA 2024 National High School Player Watchlist and awarded Field Hockey Analyst Top 10 players of the week.  

Last season, I was responsible for 87% of the points scored for CB South and was the leading goal scorer with also the most assists on the team. I was nominated Bucks County Athlete of the Week for scoring both goals against our undefeated cross-town rivals, CB West High School. The game ended in a 2-1 win in overtime, I scored at the end of regulation (with 3 minutes left) and in OT on a breakaway 1v1 against their goalie. At the time, CB West was undefeated and are currently 16-2 and ranked 3rd in PIAA District 1 league. I also helped lead my team to two additional overtime victories, with a goal and an assist (against Souderton and Pennridge).  I was also given All League Honorable Mention in one of the top leagues in PA. 

My coaches say my main assets are my speed, composure, ability to take feedback, motivate others, and gritty, determined nature which allows me to work hard and continue to grow as a player and as a leader.
