Personal Statement

I would first off like to say that I consider myself a leader, and that I put others ahead of myself. I am a helpful person in all situations. I take very good care of my teammates and I try and motivate them when they are feeling bad. I think that the on thing that makes me different is that I am hard working and that I motivate my teammates when they are down. I say this because, most of the time when they are feeling down they just ignore them and let them go, I do not. This is my personal statement on why I am a good candidate for your team.
