I have been playing football since I was five years old. Most kids experience "burn-out" after that long, but my desire to play has only become stronger with each passing year. Ever since I stepped onto the playing field, I knew that football was my sport. My Dad is a huge fan and has not only coached me over the years but also pushed me to limits beyond my comprehension.
I have a strong sense of community commitment. I am from a small rural area where everybody knows everybody. I want to obtain a degree that will help me better myself and still be able to serve those around me. I feel that I would be an asset to any team that chooses me to be a part of them because I do have such a strong sense of commitment. I am committed to give myself 100% to my teammates, my coaches, my school, my faculty. I am energetic and enjoy learning new and exciting things. If something works good one way, I desire to find a way to make it work even better. I can handle constructive criticism and am willing to do what is necessary to not only make myself successful but also make my team successful. I give everything I have on and off of the field. I have a great support system in my parents and my older brother. They believe in me and that makes me believe even more in myself.
