I intend to continue my football and academic career at a college or university where I can gain the education I need to be ready to enter a Sports Broadcasting Production and Media career while performing and competing reliably as a Long Snapper in collegiate football. Football has been an integral part of my life since I first stepped onto the field at a young age. I have trained hard and honed my skills through years of practice, dedication, and a deep love for the game. My experience as long snapper has not only equipped me with the technical abilities required for success on the field but has also instilled in me the values of consistency, discipline, and perseverance. I have worked hard in athletics, academis and in my community service to build confidence and leadership.
My parents, (an ICU Nurse and a Police Sergeant) have instilled a “DO YOUR JOB” work ethic in me. I was taught, very young, that my position is largely unnoticed, unless I don’t do my job well. I take pride in being quietly confident and reliable while working to make others around me better. I made the decision to become a Long Snapper during my 7th grade year at age 12. Since then, I have worked 4 nights a week with Arizona Elite Long Snapping (Coach Ben Bernard), attended regular live operations sessions with Rauch Kicking (Steve Rausch) and Z Kick 4 Life (Luis Zendejas) on weekends and attended a number of specialist camps with Kohl’s Kicking (4.0 Stars) and other camps.
Philadelphia Eagles Center, Jason Kelce said “The underdog is a hungry dog”. I was born 6 weeks premature with my twin sister. Since then, I have fought and worked to overcome adversity throughout my life to become a successful member of my family, my community and football team. I look forward to continuing to develop and perform in the next chapter of my academic and athletic life.
