Everyday is the opportunity to be the best. I wake up every morning and look forward to put the pads on, and hit the field. Football isn’t just a game.. it teaches you how to be a great person. I have always been told football is the only sport you can physically abuse someone and get away with it. I grew up in a small farm town, not many people know about. I have two parents and 7 siblings total. I spent my childhood watching sports, and playing them. I have always been told I would never make it, i’m to small i’m not good enough. I feed off of negative entities. When people tell me things like that it doesn’t bring me down. It makes me try harder and harder to be the best I can be. I have very high goals for me, and I WILL not fail to reach them, I will do anything in my power to be the best. People don’t realize the game of football, well maybe they do but they don’t see it how I see it. During offseason, while people are sleeping I’m out grinding, while people are relaxed watching movies eating pop corn, i’m out grinding. To me it takes character, it takes dignity, it takes being bought out in what you do. You have to have heart. All I ever hear from people is win win win. Yes winning is great, I wanna be a winner myself. But a real winner has to learn to lose also. “I may win, I may lose, but i’ll never be defeated”- Vince lombardi You might have more points on the board, but you won’t outplay me. The difference between me and you is I will never give up, I set the standards higher then everyone else. It has been a dream to play college football, it’s a tough sport and I have what it takes. If any one gives me a chance I won’t let them down, you can count on me. Not only on the field, but as a person, i’m very reliable. I’ll do what it takes to be the best.
