I have been playing football since I was 10 years old, starting with Pop Warner football where my team advanced to the national championship in Orlando, Florida. I have started at quarterback since 8th grade for Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton, California. I am currently 6' 2'" and 195 pounds, but still growing. I am both fast and strong, with a very accurate arm and good running ability. This season, in addition to starting at quarterback on varsity, I started at defensive end. Sacred Heart is an academically challenging school which has had a lot of football success in the past few years. We have been to the California state championship game twice in the last 3 years and this year we knocked off the #1 (and undefeated) seed in the first round of Northern California CCS playoffs. I had a good season, getting recognized by the San Jose Mercury News and Prep2Prep.com in their Athlete of the Week honor rolls. I have been named a team captain for next season.
My current high school coaches include Offensive Coordinator and QB coach Mark Grieb (former Sabrecats and UC Davis quarterback); QB coaches Adam Tafralis (former San Jose State quarterback and Elite 11 coach) and Sione Taufoou (Elite 11 coach) and in 8th grade, the late Bill Campbell (former Columbia head coach and founder of the Campbell Award for outstanding national academic athletes).
I get good grades and have been heavily involved in community service for the last several years. I took the ACT in April 2017.
I intend to play in college and am interested in a college that combines a great academic opportunity and good environment with the opportunity to compete and play with the best.
