My name is Ari Libenson. I am a hardworking three-sport (football, soccer and tennis) lettered high school athlete, at a school with approximately 3,200 students. I have an academic achievement of a 4.7 grade point average with numerous AP courses in the sciences and humanities. Likewise, I am leader on and off the field.
Dedicated to football and kicking at the college level, I am proud to be a football team captain and becoming a nationally ranked 4-star kicker, quickly rising. I offer leadership, dedication and team spirit. I am the first to go on the field and the last to leave.
This senior year, I play kicker, punter and wide receiver. In the first play of the season I kicked off and made the tackle. In the same game, I made a touchdown and then kicked the PAT, and also made a 65 yard run after a catch with a minute to go in the 4th quarter to set us up for the winning score! I was averaging about 50 yards/per punt and flipped the field three times.
In selecting a college, I am focused on seeking an elite academic challenge with athletic spirit. While a west coast native, I am open to considering schools nationwide and of varying size. The main consideration will be that I can receive an outstanding education that allows me to be a leader and contributor in the future and to play football now. My top two choices for a major are currently science and architecture.
My realistic athletic goals are to continue playing the sport I love at the next level and to be a leader and a positive representative of my school both athletically and academically.
