Calvin Mejia '16 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Calvin Mejia a kicker graduating in 2016 from Blooming ton High School in Southern California. Im 5'11 weighing at 210lbs. My gpa after my junior year is a 2.8. Ive been playing soccer my whole life but come high school i wanted to try something new and im glad i did. Kicking is something that i love doing and hope to do in the collegiate level. My sister who plays for the California Golden Bears soccer team was a very hard worker on and off the field and ive always looked up to her because shes just like me, when things need to be done they get done. We both never stop practicing until we perfect what we need to, but nothings perfect so we come out and keep working on our skills again. I can hit kickoffs from the 35 on average 5-10 yards deep with great hang time, onside with great height, and im consistent on field goals from the 40-45 off the ground. Left hash, middle, and right hash. I dont mind playing at any collegiate level or i dont mind where it is in the country i just want to kick for a school that loves to play and work hard as much as i do. Like i said im a very hard worker and i hope to be the kicker your football program is looking for!
