Richard Linares '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Richard Linares. I am 5'10 and 263 lbs. I play center,right guard, and defensive tackle. My bench is 355,squat 495,and hang clean 205. I run a 5.64 on the 40 yard-dash. There have been many accomplishments throughout my four years of High School Football. I won lineman of the year my sophomore and junior year. When I was a junior, I was named 1st Team All De Anza League. I have two years experience as varsity football player. I can offer a team is a discipline and a hard working student athelete. Since 8th grade it has been one of my goals to play college football. I would like to stay in California, but if I have to I will go out of state. It does not matter how big or how small the college is. I can go to a DII or DIII college. I will need financial aid and I am qualified for federal aid and grants. My desired major is Journalism. I would love to pursue a career as a sport journalist. My realistic atheletic goal is DII,DIII,JC,and NAIA. I barely turned 17 years-old, and I'm growing so DI can be a possibility.
