Jerald Campbell '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jerald Campbell IV and I am a student-athlete. I play football, basketball, and run track. My goals in life as of now are to go to a four year college to get my degree in communication and play sports while in college. School comes first in my eyes because without an education you aren't going anywhere in life. What makes me a great candidate for your team is that I bring a hard working mentality, leadership, and am willing to do anything in order for the team to be great. I feel that what's different about me then others are that I work hard in the class room and in the sport I am playing. I hate getting bad grades, throughout my high school years I have only gotten A's and B's. I am the type of person who does what is told by my teachers and coaches. I also am very into the school and the community. I am in two clubs at my school and I also am over the community service hour requirement. I also like making sure everyone is happy and if someone looks down, I try to make them feel better.  I am a two year player on the varsity football, basketball, and track team. I try my best and hardest to make myself the best student-athlete I can be. I am never satisfied with anything because I know I can always be better. Just like in the classroom, me getting A's and B's does not satisfy me due to the fact that I know I can get better grades.
