William Blake '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

         My name is William Blake I'm a junior at Nordhoff High School in Ojai, CA I'm 17 yrs.old 5'11' 195 lbs.and my positions played are DE/DL and any other position that the coach wants me to play I'm willing to learn any and everything possible to help direct me into the correct direction of a better future for myself and my FAMILY. I've only played football for 3 years. freshman year i was offensive linemen of the year playing both OL/DL. With me also wrestling on the varsity team my freshmen year, i must have impressed someone because I made the varsity football team starting DL my sophomore year. I set the sophomore record in power clean with 265 lbs, and I'm working to break the school record at 300 lbs. This year I have made defensive player of the game once, and hope to have many more. My team and I won CIF for a second year in a row.  My dreams are to go to college and major in Visual Arts/ Ceramics which i have already accomplished so much in and to also play college football with the intent to be the first NHS student to make it to the NFL, with that being said my goals are to accomplish these dreams which I'm already working very hard on and to be the first in my family to go to college and hoping i will be the first to make the NFL! I'm a very dedicated person who thrives to be the best at everything i do. Sometimes people fall but they get right back up and continue on. My mother says " IF YOU DON'T TRY YOU'VE ALREADY FAILED 100%", so here i am trying to fulfill my dreams and goals.
