Jacob Sutton '14 Recruiting Profile

Playing at the next level is a dream for me, it will give me a chance to prove myself as a football player yet again. All the hard work I've put in over the years will hopefully pay off. I pride myself on being a leader and doing anything in my power to be the best football player on the field and ultimately lead my team in being succesful. I believe I can push not only myself to be the best, but any team I play for will play to its fullest potential with my leadership. I play for Rocklin High School in Rocklin, California. We play in one of the premier leagues in Northern California, The Sierra Foothills League (SFL). As a junior i was rotated around on the field a lot, I went from playing Middle Linebacker to Outside Linebacker, eventually i was placed at Defensive End for my pass rush abilities and I even played Noseguard for a few games. I have a motor that never stops and just love the game of football. My Senior season I played mostly outside linebacker and was recognized for my outstanding play by being awarded first team all league in the very tough Sierra Foothills League.
