Growing up I’ve been playing football all my life. I have 2 brothers and a Dad, I’m trying youngest so I always had to play harder and faster to keep up with everyone. My dad is my greatest influence, teaching me what it means to be a man and never giving up. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t playing football, weather it was on the trampoline with my brothers, and at recess with my friends. It’s my passion!
I have been playing tackle football since the first moment I could, which was second grade. I was blessed to have a great coach that taught me what true leadership was and named me team captain from 3-7th grade. It’s my dream to play college football and play football for as long as I am able to but education is vital, I want to be able to set myself up for a successful life after my football career is over. Freshman year I was second string all year and only got a couple minutes of playing time. I knew though it was not in me to quit, I had to stick it out and play to the best of my capability. I worked even harder and earned the starting spots on offense and defense my sophomore year. I am used to being underestimated but it’s only motivation to me. If you give me a chance on your team, I will prove why I should be there, I give my whole heart into this sport and am determined to get better while making my teammates better because football is a team sport. I don’t care about being the superstar so long as I can do my part to make the team the best we can be.
