Aidan Scott '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing football since I was nine years old and ever since I stepped onto the field I have aspired to play at the collegiate level and beyond.  I am ready for all the obstacles and challenges that college will throw my way because I know this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I was chosen 1st Team All Pacific View League as Defensive End by the coaches in league for both my sophomore and junior year seasons.  I was also awarded 1st Team All Area as Defensive End for both my sophomore and junior seasons.  The All Area teams are chosen from all of northern Santa Barbara County and southern San Luis Obispo County teams.  I led my team in sacks in 2021 with 9 total sacks, and I currently have 11.5 total career sacks.  I play both defensive end and tight end positions,   but I believe that I could play any position on the field that coach told me to play 

I am always working to improve my skills in any way possible whether it is to be faster, stronger, quicker, or bigger I always strive to be the hardest worker in the room.  I am a team leader and I lead my team vocally by hyping them up and getting the sidelines into the game if we are winning or losing.  I am very coachable and pick things up quicker than others, I strive to be one of the hardest working players and hardest working recruits you'll find. 

In the classroom I study hard and maintain a 4.0 GPA.  I want to attend a college where I can push myself academically as well as athletically.  I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college to match the highest level of competition possible.
