Joseph Townsell '16 Recruiting Profile

Since the first day I stepped on a football field, I knew that I wanted to play at the collegiate level. I was always the kid who was told that I was not big enough or strong enough to play football at the collegiate level but I am determined to prove everyone who doubted me wrong. Even though, growing up I have not been the strongest or the fastest I continue to push myself and keep progressing.One aspiration I have for my life is to just be successful. I plan to go to a four year college and major in Chemistry. I am a good candidate for the team because I have a lot of heart for the game of football and I am a dedicated leader. Every thing that i do, I try to do it to the best of my ability. Whether it be academics or athletics, I always give my full effort and attention. Even though I may not be the strongest or biggest on the field or have a 4.0 GPA, you can count on me to never give up or quit, and that is what makes me different from other recruits.
