Jeremy Maloney '24 Recruiting Profile

My current goal is to play football at the collegiate level as a punter while earning a degree in business so I can pursue starting my own business someday. I am currently a 5 Star Punter ranked #8 nationally in the class of 2024 from Chris Sailer Kicking, as well as a 4.5 Star Ranked Kicker in the class of 2024. My father was a placekicker for the University of Notre Dame and my mother played D1 soccer for LMU so I know what it takes to play at the collegiate level. I have found a real passion for punting, I love how technical it is and I continue to work hard to find a way to maximize both my distance and hang time. I'm also a successful placekicker and converted many field goals and PATs for my high school team this past season. I have the leg strength to kickoff into the endzone consistently and I'm good on FG from 55 yds out. I am a team player that wants to be involved in all aspects of the football program and help my teammates succeed both on and off the field. I am dedicated to training for football and I also take my academics very seriously and have been on the Honor Roll every semester in High School. I am a hard worker and strive to get better anyway that I can.  I lift weights and practice punting and kicking year round and also compete in national kicking camps to gain both skill and exposure.  I am good with my time management and I know I would be a dedicated asset and teammate to a football program both as an athlete and a student.
