Personal Statement

I am a dual threat QB / ATH who also excels at WR.  I love playing both positions and will play either in college.  My versatility, athleticism, work ethic and leadership skills are among my attributes that help separate me from the pack.

At QB, I have all of the tools needed to be a great at the collegiate level; intelligence, size, speed, strength, agility, toughness, great throwing mechanics and footwork, a quick release, and a HUGE rocket arm.  With these attributes, I can throw with both intense velocity or just-the-right touch.  I have the ability to run the ball with both agility and power, making me a true dual threat that defenses must respect. I use my mobility and strength to create time to deliver the ball down field, and am fearless in the face of pressure.

At WR, my height, strength, speed, athleticism, and high football IQ are huge assets that make me a great WR candidate in college. I am a big, quick WR that runs precise routes and has great hands. My vertical leap (37") aids me in going up and over DBs, and my size, strength and footwork enables me to get off the jam and create separation from even the quickest of defenders.  I am fearless when going across the middle and making clutch receptions in traffic, and at the same time have the ability to stretch the field both horizontally and vertically.

My versatility enables me to play other positions as needed by my team, including long snapping and handling coverage on special teams, and playing both FS and OLB on defense.

I love playing the game of football and am continually working on the development of my skills. I spend hours of "off-time" in the gym, on the track, and on the field training with QB and WR coaches .... and will never shy away from putting in the behind-the-scenes hard work needed to excel.

SPARQ Rating:  124 -- Based on Weight of 200 lbs; 4.61 40 yard dash; 4.01 5/10/5 shuttle; 39' power ball toss; 37" vertical leap.

Other Key Measurables:  Leg Press Max -- 700 lbs; Broad Jump -- 118" (9'10")

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
