Luke Afato '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Luke Setefano Afato.  I live in Marysville, CA with my parents and six siblings.  Up until freshman year, I had only played baseball.  Since my parents allowed me to try football as a freshman it has become my passion.  I've recently begun playing rugby, running track and participating in speed training all in hopes to improve my speed and skills for football.

My goal for this year is to continue applying myself in school, help out at home, study for the SAT and ACT,  increase my time in the weight room, and improve my chances of playing football at the next level in any way I can.

I value my family, both immediate and extended, and hope to use my Samoan and Greek heritage and strength to make my family proud as I follow my dreams of pursuing more football camaraderie and competition.  Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me.
