Darias James '22 Recruiting Profile

I am far more than an athlete. I could highlight my on-field achievements or my athleticism, but I believe it shows up on film. Unfortunately, the film I have is limited. I only have my freshman season. Due to injury (broken collarbone), I missed my sophomore season. Now, I am back and in the best shape of my life, and ready for my junior season. However, I would like to highlight what I offer off the field. I am a good student, a leader, and I am driven by my morals, my ethics, and my faith. I pride myself in being a good person and doing the right things even when it may be unpopular. I combine all these attributes together and use them as the fuel to propel me toward my goals and dreams. I would like to use my athletic abilities to give me an opportunity to earn a degree, while working toward playing football at the highest level. I have the faith to see it. I am asking for you to have the faith to take a chance on me. What makes me different from other recruits? I am so much more than an athlete. Thank you for your time and consideration.
